Q: How do I store my salami once opened?
Once opened, wrap tightly or re-seal in a zip-lock bag and keep refrigerated. Consume within 7–10 days for best taste.
Q: What makes your salami different?
Our salami is handcrafted in small batches using traditional European recipes, naturally cured with just salt, starter cultures, and time. We use premium Australian pork and beef and never rush the aging process.
Q: Where is your salami made?
All products are made in Queensland, Australia by Artisan Salmi using over 97% Australian-sourced ingredients.
Q: Is your salami shelf-stable?
Yes. Our salami is vacuum-sealed and shelf-stable at room temperature before opening. Once opened, we recommend refrigerating it and consuming within 7–10 days.
Q: Do you use preservatives or additives?
No artificial preservatives. We use traditional curing methods with salt and cultures, just as they’ve been used in Europe for generations.
Q: Is your salami gluten-free?
Yes — all of our products are gluten-free unless otherwise stated on the label.

Q: Where do you deliver?
We ship across all of Australia using Australia Post Express.
Q: How long does delivery take?
1–3 business days to major cities in the Eastern states
Up to 4–5+ business days for regional or remote areas
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Q: How is the salami packaged for shipping?
Each item is vacuum-sealed and shipped in secure packaging. During warmer months or long-distance deliveries, we may include insulated packaging or cold packs to ensure freshness.
Q: Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Q: Can I return a product?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Q: How do I request a refund or replacement?
